Museum

The Tyrone Museum is dedicated to preserving the history of Tyrone from the beginnings, when the land was inhabited by the Creek Indians, through today. The museum is owned by the Town of Tyrone

and supported by the Friends of Tyrone Museum Corporation, a GA 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The museum was established in 2021. Formed out of love for the town and history; what began as a dream of a few has now become a reality for all.
